Task Planner
In the Task Planner, you can create projects for different territories and add tasks to them: planned detour routes. You can assign tasks to drivers and view performance statistics. You can create routes by drawing polygons or highlighting roads on the interactive Urbi map, and also by uploading your own polygons.
Work with the following tabs in the Task Planner:
- Tasks: to create and manage territories, projects, and tasks.
- Drivers: to view drivers data and their work statistics.
You can also manage map style settings.
Getting started
- Open the Task Planner.
- Create a territory.
- Create a project within the territory.
- Create a task within the project and assign it to a driver.
- Wait for the driver to start the task on the mobile application.
- After the driver completes the route, check the task progress and complete the task. You can complete the task even if its progress is less than 100%.
Uploading data to Pro
After the task is completed, its data is uploaded to Urbi Pro automatically. The task is considered completed if any of the following conditions are met:
- The driver has completed at least 90% of the task and has uploaded recorded data.
- The administrator has marked the task as completed in the Task Planner.
You can compare the task plan with the actual data using the following Urbi Pro datasets:
- Tasks Planned Data with task details and trajectories of planned routes.
- Tasks Actual Data with the actual detour trajectories for tasks.
