To find out your tariff, click icon in the lower-left corner of the Urbi Pro interface.

Tariff change

There are several ways to change the tariff:

• Send a message to technical support: click icon in the lower-left corner, click Support icon, write a message, and click Submit.
• Write and email to support.pro@urbi.ae.
• Leave a request at urbi.ae.
