Point

The Point display method will be useful when you need to show individual elements and preserve their individuality at the same time. Elements on the map are not aggregated and collected into clusters on a large scale.

Point

To choose a display method:

  1. Go to the Layers tab.
  2. Select the layer group.
  3. Select the necessary layer.
  4. Select the Point display method on the General settings tab.
  5. Set the remaining filter parameters if necessary.

The data will be visualized on the map.

For the Point display method, the following parameters are available:

  • Radius: the radius of a point on the map. Choose one of the possible options:

    • Radius basis: the parameter based on which radius will be built. The available values depend on the selected data category.
    • Radius: the radius of the element in px from 1 to 20.
  • Color: the color scale of the data display.

    • Color basis: the parameter based on which the elements on the map will be colored according to the Color scale. The available values depend on the selected data category.
    • Color scale: the set of prepared color samples. If the Color basis is not selected, then a color palette is available with the ability to specify any color.
    • Invert: select to invert the selected color scale.
    • Steps: gradation of the color scale from 1 to 10.
    • Legend: symbols for color and prepared data.
    • Type of scale: Linear — displays of values of the same order; Logarithmic — displays of a wide range of values, when the values may differ by several orders of magnitude.
    • Opacity: setting the opacity of the elements on the map.
  • Outline: selecting the color and width of the line in px for outline elements on the map.

To reset the filter, click the cross icon next to the filter name.

There are several ways to color elements on the map:

  • Select the Color basis and specify the necessary Color scale.
  • Do not select the value of the Color basis. In this case will be available a color palette with the ability to specify any color. The elements on the map will be colored the same.
