Frequently Asked Questions

  • Review how to get started with the mobile application and review the camera and mounting requirements.
  • Fully charge your device.
  • Allow the application access to location, camera, and notifications. The application requests these permissions during the first launch or when you take a photo or record a video to collect data.
  • Avoid keeping your device constantly connected to the charger.
  • Direct air from the air conditioner onto the device.
  • Remove the case.
  • Close other apps running in the background.
  • Reduce screen brightness.

If the GPS signal is missing when the application is launched or is lost during data recording, the application sends a notification warning. Frames and tracks are not recorded, and the geolocation marker turns gray. Stop driving and wait until the signal is restored.

After the GPS signal is restored, the application also sends a notification, and recording starts again automatically. After that, you can continue driving.

Speed update delays may occur due to poor internet connection or weak GPS signal.

When the application runs in the background, recording stops, and a notification is sent. When you open the application again, check that recording is resumed.

  1. Restart the application.
  2. If restarting the application does not help, reboot your device.
  3. If rebooting the device does not help, reinstall the application. Note that this deletes all recorded data from the device.
  4. If reinstalling the application does not help, contact your manager and send the application logs, along with information about your device, time, and other circumstances of the issue.
  1. Go to the Settings tab or click the Wheel icon while capturing data.
  2. To create a log file in .txt format, select User logs.
  3. Send the file to your manager.

All recorded data is deleted from the device. Before deleting the application, it is recommended to send all recorded tracks.
