Overview

This chapter contains instructions for administrators of an On-Premise installation who serve the installation and manage access of end users (partners) to the system.

• Learn how to manage user access in the following ways:

  • By creating API keys: available for most services (maps, navigation, search, and others).
  • Using an external OpenID Connect provider: for services that do not support registration via API (Urbi Pro and CityLens).

• Learn how to work with the Platform Manager where you can check service statuses, upload custom map styles, and test the APIs in playgrounds.

• Learn recommendations on serving the installation:

  • recommendations on backing up infrastructure databases
  • recommendations on methods and tools for service health monitoring
  • recommendations on methods and tools for collecting and sending logs
