Demo access
To try the features of 2GIS GeoFlow: Monitoring, you can get free access for 14 days.
Getting demo access
To get demo access, register in the 2GIS GeoFlow: Monitoring administrator web panel and create a company:

Open the page at dev.2gis.ru.

Click Start for free.

Enter your registration details:
- first name, last name, and middle name
- name of the company which will be created after registration
- phone number
- email address
- password

Click Sign up.
After registration, a company will be created and you will be assigned the Main administrator role in it. For more information about roles, see the User roles section.
Features
As a Main administrator, you can use the full functionality of 2GIS GeoFlow: Monitoring:
- Add users to the company and manage them.
- Manage directories, skills, templates, agents, agent groups, and devices.
- Plan shifts and manage tasks.
- View monitoring data and notifications.
- Manage the map style.
- Manage company settings.
You can also download the mobile application for Android in the Company section.
Limitations
- Demo access is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of registration.
- You can add to a company up to 6 users and devices in total. The limit includes trackers and users (main administrator and invited users), since they use the mobile application as a location source.
To view the current number of users and devices, go to the Company section in the web panel.
End of demo access
Two days before your demo access ends, you will receive a notification to the email address you provided during registration. On the day your demo access ends, you will receive a notification informing you of the end of your access.
After demo access ends, you will not be able to create or delete objects, view agent movements in real time, or use the mobile application. For 90 days after that, you will still be able to view:
- data on users, directories, skills, templates, agents, agent groups, and devices
- past shifts and tasks
- agent movement history for past shifts
To continue using 2GIS GeoFlow: Monitoring, submit a request for paid access. To do this, go to the Company section in the web panel and click Switch to full access. A manager will contact you to discuss the onboarding details.
