Localization

The documentation provides a description of the interface in Russian.

To get started with 2GIS GeoFlow: Monitoring:

1. Contact your organization to get access to the 2GIS GeoFlow: Monitoring administrator web panel.
2. Perform the preparatory steps depending on your role in the administrator web panel:

Main administrator

1. Register a company. Open the 2GIS GeoFlow: Monitoring administrator web panel. Use the login and password you received from your manager.

2. Click Add company.

3. Enter the company name and click Create. After creating the company, you will automatically receive the Main administrator role.

4. Add administrators to the company and assign them the Company administrator role.

Company administrator

1. Register in the 2GIS GeoFlow: Monitoring administrator web panel using the invitation from the main administrator.

2. Add users to the company and assign them the Agent group manager, Dispatcher, or Employee roles depending on access level.

3. Add directories for classifying tasks and agents.

4. Add devices that will be used as location sources.

5. Create agent templates.

6. Create agents and link devices to them.

7. Create task templates.

Dispatcher

1. Register in the 2GIS GeoFlow: Monitoring administrator web panel using the invitation from the company administrator.

2. Add skills for classifying tasks and agents.

3. Create agent groups: assign group managers and add agents to the groups.

4. Create or import tasks for agents.

5. Create shifts and add tasks and agents to them.

Agent group manager

1. Register in the 2GIS GeoFlow: Monitoring administrator web panel using the invitation from the company administrator.

2. Track the task performance of the agents from your group and work with shift monitoring: track the location of agents in real time, view their movement history during shifts, and view performance metrics.
