Overview

2GIS GeoFlow is a solution for monitoring the work of agents (for example, mobile employees or transport). The solution consists of the following tools:

  • A web panel for administrators that allows them to track the agents on the map in real time, view their movement history, and plan shifts.
  • A mobile application for employees that helps them to navigate the map to perform tasks. Instead of the mobile application, employees can use trackers but without the ability to view the map and other interactive options.

Main features

  • Real-time monitoring

Enables viewing current location, historical location, and activity of agents on the map and quickly responding to incidents.

  • Planning and analytics

Records deviations in planned shifts and helps identify the causes of downtime and reduced efficiency.

  • Offline work and weak GPS signal conditions

Collects and processes GPS data on the agent location and filters out noise to obtain more accurate movement tracks. The 2GIS map in the mobile application for employees is also available offline.

Technical requirements

For the effective operation of the monitoring system, the devices used with 2GIS GeoFlow tools must meet the following requirements:

  • Administrator web panel. Recommended device specifications for working with the web panel:

    • Processor: at least 4 cores with 2 GHz frequency.
    • RAM: at least 8 GB.
    • Operating system: Windows 11, macOS 13 Ventura, or the latest version of Linux.
    • Browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
    • Screen resolution: FullHD (1920×1080 pixels).
    • Stable Internet connection.
  • Employee mobile application. To install the mobile application, a mobile device running Android 10 (API level 29) or later is required.
