The documentation provides a description of the interface in Russian.

In the 2GIS GeoFlow administrator web panel, users can manage agents (employees and transport), plan work shifts, track agent location in real time, and view their movement history.

Administrator web panel

For managing access to the web panel, user roles are used.

User roles

  • Employee - has access only to the mobile application for performing tasks.
  • Agent group manager - has access to agents (employees) in their own group. Can view monitoring data, plan shifts, and add only agents from their own group. Can view directories, agent templates, agents, and users, but cannot create or edit them.
  • Dispatcher - has access to all shifts and agent groups. Can view monitoring data, plan shifts, and add agents from any group. Can view directories, agent templates, agents, and users, but cannot create or edit them.
  • Company administrator - has full access to the entire system, except for editing company settings. Can view monitoring data, plan shifts, and add agents from any group. Can view, create, and edit directories, agent templates, agents, and users. Cannot create or assign the Main administrator and Company administrator roles to users.
  • Main administrator - performs the same functions as the company administrator but can only be one per company. Can also assign the Company administrator role to users. The main administrator role is assigned to the user who created the company.

Web panel overview

Use the following tabs in the administrator web panel depending on your role:

  • Monitoring: to view information about the current shift in real time, agent locations, movement history, and statuses.
  • Planning: to plan work shifts and add agents to them.
  • Management: to work with directories, agent templates, agents, and users.

All web panel users can manage map style settings.

Getting started

Perform the preparatory steps depending on your role in the administrator web panel.

Register the company and add administrators:

  1. Open the 2GIS GeoFlow administrator web panel. Use the login and password you received from your manager for the first login.
  2. Click Add company.
  3. Enter the company name and click Create. After creating the company, you will automatically receive the Main administrator role.
  4. Add administrators to the company and assign them the Company administrator role.
