Notifications

Localization

The documentation provides a description of the interface in Russian.

With the Main administrator, Company administrator, Dispatcher, and Agent group manager roles, you can view notifications about events during shifts on the Notifications tab in the administrator web panel. Notifications are sent for the following events:

• agent entered the geozone
• agent exited the geozone
• agent is assigned a task
• low battery level on the agent's device (only for users with the Agent group manager role, also notification is sent to the mobile application)

Agents (users with the Employee role) can also view the list of notifications in the mobile application: see the list of notifications.

The list of events for which notifications are sent cannot be changed.

On the Notifications tab, multiple sections are available:

• Unread: notifications that you have not read yet. To mark all notifications as read, click Mark all as read.
• All: all notifications.
• Tasks: notifications about tasks.
• ** Geozones**: notifications about geozones.
