Localization

The documentation provides a description of the interface in Russian.

You can track the work of shifts on the dashboard on the Monitoring tab. The tab displays the map of the area with agents (mobile employees, vehicles, etc.).

The monitoring dashboard allows you to track agents added to the current shift in real time and view information about agents and their movement history. Agent location data is updated once per minute. The status of an agent depends on the availability of location information:

  • Online: agents with available current location information. Displayed on the map as a brightly colored icon.
  • Offline: agents without available location information (for example, the tracker or mobile application is disabled or not transmitting location data). Displayed on the map as a gray icon.

Also, you can view information about past shifts.

To open a shift, click its card in the upper-left corner. Dashboard example:

Viewing agent information and movement history

You can use search by agent name and sorting by agent type (template). To open the agent card, click on the agent in the list:

Tracking agents

Work with the following tabs in the agent card:

  • Movements: displays the agent's movement history on the map. You can view where the agent was during the shift and how they moved around the area.
  • Agent data: displays information about the agent and their status.
