The documentation provides a description of the interface in Russian.

Agents perform work tasks, are used in shift planning, are tracked during work monitoring, etc. Agents can be mobile employees (for example, operators and couriers), special vehicles, etc.

Before creating agents, create an agent template. A template contains a set of attributes that are specified when creating an agent.

With the Main administrator and Company administrator roles, you can work with agents on the Management → Agents tab:

Users with the Dispatcher and Agent group manager roles can only view the list of agents and their information.

Creating an agent

  1. Go to the Management → Agents tab.

  2. Click Add agent.

  3. If you have created multiple agent templates, select one of them.

  4. Specify the agent parameters, which depend on the selected template.

  5. Click Add source and select one of the location source types:

    • Application: select a user who uses the mobile application and will be linked to the agent.
    • Tracker configuration: IMEI: enter the IMEI of the agent's tracker if you collect agent location data using trackers.
    • Tracker configuration: Terminal ID: enter the Terminal ID (sensor used to receive the GPS signal) of the agent if you collect vehicle location data.

    The location source must be unique for each agent.

    To add a source, click Add source. To delete a source, click Delete icon next to it.

  6. Click Save.

Viewing agent information

  1. Go to the Management → Agents tab.
  2. Open the agent card. You can use the search by agent name and sorting by agent type (template).

The agent card displays:

  • Identifier: unique object identifier specified when creating the agent. The field may have a different name depending on the agent template: for example, Name.

  • Main data: data specified when creating the agent. Depends on the agent template.

  • Location source: sources used to collect agent location data. For example, a mobile application or a tracker.

    • Application: name of the user who uses the mobile application and is linked to the agent.
    • Tracker configuration: IMEI: IMEI of the agent's tracker.
    • Tracker configuration: Terminal ID: Terminal ID of the agent's tracker.
    • Last activity: time the agent was last active. For agents using the mobile application, this is the time of the last login to the mobile application. For agents using a tracker, this is the time of the last location data received from the tracker.
    • Signal: current GPS signal status on the agent's device.
    • View movement history: click to open the agent's current location and movement history on the map.
  • Creation date: date and time the agent was created.

  • Last modified: date and time of the last update to the agent's information.

Editing agent information

You can edit the main data of agents and their location sources.

To edit agent information:

  1. Go to the Management → Agents tab.
  2. In the agent list, click Agent menu icon next to the agent and select Edit.
  3. Apply changes to the agent information.
  4. Click Save.

Duplicating an agent

  1. Go to the Management → Agents tab.
  2. In the agent list, click Agent menu icon next to the agent and select Duplicate.
  3. (Optional) Specify new agent parameters.
  4. Click Save.

Deleting an agent

The agent will be removed from shifts. The agent cannot be restored after deletion. Agent statistics will be saved.

  1. Go to the Management → Agents tab.
  2. In the agent row, click Agent menu icon and select Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion.
